Introduction
The department of ECE offers premier professional technical training that keeps in pace with the latest developments in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. It offers four year full time B.Tech and M.Tech programs specialized in VLSI & Embedded Systems in ECE.
The Department places strong emphasis on fundamentals, so that the student is introduced to complex subjects in an interesting and easy manner.The Department provides innovative ideas in the recent fields of ECE by conducting Seminars, Guest Lectures and Industrial visits.
Supplementing the regular curriculum, the students are encouraged to participate in R & D efforts by involving themselves in the sponsored projects and other research activities.

The ECE Department was established in the year 2009 with an annual intake of 120 which was enhanced to 120 in the year 2010. The Department provide quality and contemporary education in the domain of Electronics & Communication Engineering through periodically updated curriculum, best of breed laboratory facilities, collaborative ventures with industries and effective teaching learning process. To pursue research and new technologies in electronics and communication engineering and related disciplines in order to serve the needs of the society, industry, government and scientific community.

B.Tech. graduates with ECE specialization can get good exposure with the present technologies which are using in the industry. There are so many companies offering job opportunities for ECE graduates i.e., in both public and private sectors like ISRO, DRDO, HAL, BEL, BHEL, ECIL, BSNL, DELL, INFOSYS, CTS, WIPRO & plenty number of MN Companies. Students can also get significant number of jobs in Software and Hard ware Industries.
